Skills Exam

We had skills exam in Cisco today and I was so close to finishing it. I had made a absolute idiotic mistake. I entered the non-directly connected networks into the routing table instead of the directly connected. I'm a idiot! At least I should be able to finish it Friday without any problems. I am almost finished with server as well if only I could figure out how to install open office when you click on a compatible file. I think I almost have it but couldn't install the .net framework yet so I gave up.

Not The Best Day

Today has not been the best day ever health wise. I started the day off having a really bad headache, then I went and ate lunch at ward's not smart when you don't feel good already. so on the way back from ward's i puked cause i ate a double big one.

first year of college

Well my first year of college is now almost over. It has been fun and yet boaring all at the same time. Programming class with Peterson was absolutley horrible! Mrs. Anderson is the best teacher ever! Hebert is a great teacher! Foster just talks to much! I have met lots of people all very interesting. I am glad this year is almost over, and can't wait for next year to be over!

Linux

Monday I decided to upgrade the hard drive in my Acer Aspire One. After an hour or two I finally got the hard drive replaced and the computer re-assembled. I installed Linux Mint as the os. It works very well all the drivers except the wireless worked out of the box. The wireless took some tweaking, but I finally have it working.

Stupid Hiccups

I have had the hiccups for three days now and I am about to go crazy! The doctor put me on these steroids for my Extreme sun burn and first of all I have a Heart Problem so steroids are not helping and apparently Indegestion and hiccups are a side affect of this medicine.

Chris's Feet

Chris's Feet really really stink! I can smell them from here. He must have some funguws that causes the skin on his feet to rot away! It really smells awful! I think it is the worst thing I have ever smelled, next to Justin's breath. Well at least it is just his feet and he dosen't have a other problems. I would suggest oder eaters of arm & hammer, and Justin Its called Gum and mouth wash dude!

Bad Baseball Memories

I tried playing baseball one year. It did not go so well! It was my junior year of high school at Lamar Christian. This was my first time to ever play baseball. My friends convinced me to play, And after I came to all the practices, and was the only one at two of them, The coach ask me the last game of the season, "How long have you been on the team?" Needless to say I Quit. I only got to play one very short inning and never even got to bat. Event "Spock" the little elvish 7th grader played in three games, and he had to use a softball bat he was so small.

Best Buy Idiots

Best Buy is so stupid! In this economy a company should take every dollar available to them, Right? Well I spent three hours at Best Buy Monday trying to buy 1,000 dollars worth of equipment. However the machine said my Check was denied. So I called our accountant and asked her if we had enough money. She called the bank and asked them and we had way more than enough to cover it. So the manager talked to our accountant, and the banker; but still would not take our check! To me that is just idiotic!

Hard Times Free Software

We are currently downloading adobe Flex and Cold Fusion. I am ready to make some awesome flash programs!Im thinking Games, Media Player, and maybe some Work stuff to. I am excited I Hope I can understand all this stuff. It looks really fun tho! I can't wait to play with it tommorow. Maybe other people will be able to help.

Spring Break

Spring break was extremely boaring, I did however get to work three days. That was a great thing but extremely boaring. Work is about all I did tho. I did decide that our school focuses to much on Cisco Equipment, I realized i did not even know how to set up a simple router!

My Seagate Drive

My Seagate Freeagent Go Drive died on me! It has 100+ Gb of information that I need on it! It acts like it is working, but windows says it can't recognize the device. What is up with this thing! It says to update the firmware or drivers but no web sites have any drivers or a firmware update. This is ridiculous can't Seagate make anything that works! I am very annoyed with them. I aid $80 dollars for it at Wal-Mart and haven't even had it two months! Maybe we can get it fixed!

Sitting at work

So I am sitting at my work being bored! It has been a long day and I am ready to go home. I still however have to go to church tonight, which I really Enjoy!, but I am just tired! Well time to leave Goodbye!

Stupid Doctors

Ok When you go to the doctor and you walk in and say, "I have a sinus infection." then they give you a flu test and a strep throat test that really makes you mad! Especially when it cost 177 dollars! I am not the smartest person in the world but I think I know when i have a sinus infection. She asked if I was achey I said yes from playing the Wii, Which Is really fun, and had a sore throat from coughing. I hate STUPID DOCTORS!!!!!

Worst Week Ever

Ok this weekend has been not such a great one. But today has been a pretty bad day but im trying to look on the bright side. Saturday I had to Babysit about twenty very annoying and hyper little kids. I almost went insane. Then Sunday I went to a Concert in mobile which was fairly good except having to ride with said annoying kids in a church van all the way to mobile. After being pulled over on my home at midnight for my tag lights (Which work fine by the way) being out and not gettin home till one. I got to go to sleep at two only to get up again a six. Then on my way to schoool I had to make a thirty mile detour to change my girlfriends flat tire. Then her spare was flat and the closet air machine cost fifty cents and of course no one had cash! It has been a bad Weekend.

Random Posting

So here's a theory.. If you are not suposed to drive, dial, swim, sing, txt, email, or pretty much anything else while your drunk you really should not try to solve the world's computer and energy problem's. Yesterday this guy I know told me that if you could invent a binary number 2 you could solve all the world's energy and computing problems. Baisicialy he says if you can make a computer say maybe instead of yes or know it would solve everything. Personaly I don't wanna have a computer telling me maybe I like yes or no. Plus I'm not sure how that helps with energy.

Disc drive failure

Dvd Drives. They are awesome until you really need to install a os thats on a dvd, And the thing just decides to quit being a dvd drive. So i know have three computers that needs my os on a dvd and dvd dosnt work anymore so.. I went and bout a new dvd burner hopefully it will work. If not i'll give my dvd's to Justin to use for disc golf. Well I hate when things dont work.

symantic is horrible

Symantic is the absolute most annoying anti-virus ever! It is a pain in the butt! I tried to un-install it on the computers at work. Apparently you give it a password when you install it to allow you to uninstall it, but the ignorant computer guy didn't take note of the password he entered leaving me to have to disable lots of things in the msconfig. Very annoying!

Want to build a new Computer

So I really want to build a new computer. I have a five computer network, but they are all like really old. My newest one is a custom built I umm....was given from my work. It only has 128 mb of ram and like a 20Gb hard drive running xp. Yea I know it stinks. So all I need is someone to give me about a 1000 dollars! I have a awesome computer planned out I just need the money to buy the parts. It is going to be awesome when i finally get to build it!
